Who we are
LIABLO is an entertainment brand operated by a professional magician based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This statement explains which personal data we process when you use this website or request a booking, and why.
What we collect
When you request availability we store your name, email address, phone number (optional), event details (date, location, number of guests, notes) and the language you prefer. If you rate the booking experience we store that rating with your request.
Booking assistant
The booking assistant asks the same questions as the form. When AI is switched on, the messages you type in the assistant are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, only to recognise the details of your request; the conversation is not stored in our systems. Your request is only sent when you review the summary and press send, and we then keep the same data as with the form.
Why we use it
To answer your request, plan and perform the event, and keep a record of the booking for administration and invoicing. This is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract with you and to perform that contract.
Marketing consent
We only send news by email or WhatsApp if you tick the separate, optional boxes. No box is pre-ticked. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to a message or emailing us.
Documents from agencies
When a booking comes through an agency we may store the confirmation document they send us. These files are stored privately and only accessible to LIABLO.
Retention
Booking data is kept for as long as needed for the event and for legal administration obligations (seven years in the Netherlands for financial records). Marketing consent is kept until withdrawn.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies and tracking
This website uses only a functional cookie to remember your language and, for the operations app, session cookies for signed-in users. No advertising or analytics trackers are loaded.
